One of the goals of the Southern Food & Beverage Museum is to protect and preserve the history of the food industry of the South. This means that we need menus, business records, labels and advertisements, artifacts and stories that will provide future researchers with a wealth of information about the industry and people behind it.

The Culinary Legacy Society is made up of those who wish to include the Southern Food and Beverage Museum in their Last Will and Testament. Let us know about the industry; let us know what is going on. Give us the names of people that should know about the Museum and who could host an event here. Sometimes home cooks, home-ec teachers, inventors, farmers and others have important information to pass on before they become a forgotten part of foodways.
