Join author Anne Butler for a signing and discussion of her newest cookbook compiling the historic and contemporary recipes of the plantation houses stretching along River Road. Chef Doug Clark, now of the New Orleans Westin, will demonstrate his recipe for Mussells Rockefeller that was included in the book.

The cookbook is the fourth in her plantation series of cookbooks, all of which include history, stories, and beautiful photographs as well as delicious recipes. She is also the operator of the historic Butler Greenwood Plantation Bed and Breakfast in St. Francisville, Louisiana.  Contact info@southernfood.org or 504-569-0405  for more information.
