Galatoire's Restaurant Names SoFAB as Auction Benefactor

The Southern Food and Beverage Museum thanks Galatoire's Restaurant for naming us as a benefactor of their Holiday Auction. On Monday, December 1, 2008, Galatoire’s restaurant continues it’s latest tradition of auctioning off tables for the popular Friday lunch before Christmas. Proceeds from the auction will be given to local charities WRBH 88.3 FM, Radio for the Blind and Print Handicapped and The Southern Food & Beverage Museum.

Since 2006, Galatoire’s patrons have raised over a quarter of a million dollars for local charities by bidding on tables for the Friday before Christmas and Mardi Gras.
